Request to Delete your Switch Account

To delete your Switch account on the Switch Energy mobile and web app, and all associated data, please fill in the Account Deletion Request form and we will action your request, or alternatively delete your account via the Switch mobile app.  

 

All your personal information and account history will be removed with a 48 hour period.
